The new boat "Lysholmen" is headed North with cut aluminium by Norsk Stål.
On Wedensday the 23rd of October employees from Grieg Seafood set sails bound for Hammerfest with the first out of two service boats built by Viknaslipen in Hansvika.
“Lysholmen” is a 14,96 meter long and 7 meter wide boat, and is designed by Marin Design AS.
Summarized, “Lysholmen” is one of the most flexible service boats produced by Viknaslipen so far. Total build time has been about seven months. Viknaslipen has great faith that this type of boat will become attractive to the industry, due to its good stability, spacious solutions and high crane capacity.
“Lysholmen” got aluminium cut and delivered by Bjarne Hopen workshop and Norsk Stål AS.
