plates and thin-walled materials by special agreement.

1. Roller conveyor
Steel bars ad beams are positioned at the proper distance for cleaning and priming
2. Preheating chamber
The preheating chamber removes moisture for the surface and the materials and raises the surface temperature to a level that provides drying of the primer.
3. Blasting unit
In the blasting unit the surface of the steel is blasted with steel sand. Rust and scale are removed to provide a clean, rough steel surface for good adhesion of the primer.
4. Painting cabine
In the painting cabin a shop primer is applied to the steel according to the customer's order.
5. Final drying
Final drying takes place in a chamber with suctions. The materials are inspected and labelled thereafter according to the customer's specifications.
